to Hatha Yoga
This class focuses on basic,
fundamental yoga postures & alignments of hatha yoga.
Breathing exercises will be introduced & practiced as well.
Ideal for the person new to yoga or with very little
experience.
All
Levels Hatha Yoga
This class will have an
emphasis on a different set of poses or aspect of yoga each
week. In addition to asana, she will offer guidance in
pranayama and meditation, as well as explore yoga
philosophy. This class is best suited for students with
previous yoga experience.
Advanced Yoga
Michelle's
intention for this class is to guide students in a practice
of advanced asana (including inversions, deeper backbends,
arm balances, forward bends and hip openers) pranayama, and
meditation practices. Study of yoga philosophy and other
yogic principles will be incorporated into each class as
well.
Restorative
Yoga
This class is open to all
levels and will introduce gentle, passive yoga postures in a
quiet & tranquil setting. This class is especially
appropriate for those needing to replenish depleted energy
levels, as well as those with chronic conditions who find a
typical hatha yoga class too vigorous.
